Seminole Sunday Sauce — March 1, 2026: FSU Track and Field Wins Men’s ACC Indoor Title

Florida State men’s track and field is the indoor champion of the ACC. for the 15th time. The Seminoles finished strong to hold off Clemson and take home the team title on Saturday. The FSU women also had a strong showing, finishing third.

In the men’s 60 meters, Durian Moss and Neo Mosebi took the top two spots for the Seminoles. Shenese Walker and Lucy May Sleeman did likewise in the event on the women’s side. Walker, the event MVP, also won ACC gold in the 200 meters.

In the men’s 200 meters, Moss, the men’s MVP, and Amare Williams each medaled, finishing second and third, respectively. FSU also took third in the men’s 4×400 relay.

In the field events, Despiro Wray took second place in the men’s shot put. Justin Woulard took third in the men’s triple jump on Friday to give the Seminoles their first medal of the event.

Kayla Pinkard closed the championships by taking third in the women’s triple jump. Kaelyaah Liburd took home the first medal of the day for the FSU women, finishing second in the 400 meters.
