Florida State was unable to capture a team title at the ACC Swimming and Diving Championships, but there were some strong performances over the 7-day event in Atlanta. FSU swimmers and divers won two total ACC golds.

The first came on Tuesday morning as FSU took home ACC gold in the men’s 200-yard medley relay. Tommaso Baravelli, Max Wilson, Sam Bork and Michel Arkhangelsky combined for the title. Arkhangelsky, Wilson, Baravelli and Logan Robinson combined for silver in the 400-yard medley relay.

On Friday night, Robinson claimed gold for FSU in the men’s 200-yard butterfly while setting a program record for fastest time in the event. In the final event of the championships on Saturday night, Arkhangelsky, Wilson, Bork and Gustav Olsson took silver in the 400-yard men’s freestyle relay. As a team, the FSU men finished in sixth place.

The FSU women settled for a 10th-place finish. Kayleigh Clark had the best finish for the FSU women, taking home ACC bronze in women’s platform diving.
