Seminole Sunday Sauce — Aug. 24, 2025: 284 FSU Athletes Named to 2025 Academic Honor Roll
For the past academic year, Florida State had 284 student-athletes named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll. That list was headlined by a pair of national award winners in women’s golf’s Mirabel Ting and baseball’s Dick Howser Trophy winner Alex Lodise.
FSU swimming and diving had 60 athletes earn the recognition. Six FSU athletes — Jahni Kerr (softball), Hallie Wacaser (softball), Kayleigh Clark (swimming and diving), Jenny Halden (swimming and diving), David Quirie (swimming and diving) and Samantha Vear (swimming and diving) — were recognized for the fifth time in their careers. Twenty-five others were recognized for the fourth time.
To qualify for the honor, athletes must maintain a grade-point average of 3.0 or better for the duration of the academic year. As a conference, the ACC set a record with 7,945 athletes on the honor roll.
