Seminole Sunday Sauce — Nov. 23, 2025: FSU Soccer Headed to Sweet 16

After a 1-year hiatus, Florida State soccer is headed back to the Sweet 16. The third-seeded Seminoles punched their ticket on Thursday with a 1-0 victory over Lipscomb.

FSU dominated the contest, but a goal by Heather Gilchrist in the 24th minutes accounted for all the scoring. Taylor Suarez was credited with the assist.
